I had a miscarriage few days back and had my ultrasound which was showed 7 weeks pregnancy. After a few days I had a pain in my back and it started bleeding which resulted in a miscarriage. I was diagnosed as a nephrotic syndrome FSGS patient. I took steroids for a year and recovered. I went through a c section. After a year I was again diagnosed as nephrotic syndrome. Again took medicine and got recovered. Now the problem is since last year I am facing too many problems in my body. I got fever 101 and had sore throat. This has been happening to me on and off since a few days. The temperature varies from 101 to 103. I had an appendectomy about two weeks ago with no complications, but since then I have been having sharp pains in my stomach similar to how the appendicitis felt. Both on the lower right and left. I have noticed dark spots on my fingers. It seems to be dry skin and this area on my fingers look bruised, as if they were left in the cold and looks almost purplish. In the past. I used to have tiny bumps that were itchy on the sides of my fingers. I am concerned as I do not want this to spread.

I had a history of constipation from 3 to 4 years but never took it seriously. It caused hemorrhoids which I thought would reside after some time.
